The Office of Wellness and Mental Health proudly announces its upcoming Fall 2021 Virtual Wellness and Mental Health Summit: “You Gotta Nourish to Flourish: Replenish and Recharge. We have a variety of presenters who will provide tips, demonstrations and resources for improving personal wellness and mental health. Join us to rejuvenate as we navigate our return to campus and re-entry into day-to-day routines. This event is designed for NOVA’s faculty and staff. We look forward to sharing the day with you. It will be a continuous live stream event on Wednesday, October 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., so feel free to join as your schedule permits. Registration is required. (You must register even if you can only attend a portion of the event.)

After you’ve registered for the Office of Wellness and Mental Health’s “You’ve Gotta Nourish to Flourish Summit,” please consider submitting a recipe for our Healthy Cookbook, which Summit attendees will receive electronically just for attending! We would like your personal recipes, but if you submit others, just give them an attribution. Submit all recipes by Oct. 26 at 5 p.m. We are excited to share the recipes with you after the Summit!

We will also have a drawing following the Summit for four gift cards. You just need to attend and complete the session evaluations that day to enter. Winners will be notified by email.

This is a day designed for you. Please plan to attend – save the date!  We have planned great presentations to enhance your lifestyle.

• Physical wellness
• The benefits of breathing and movement
• Art as self-care
