Tips & Tricks to Submit Proposals, Research and Writing for NACADA Workshop

Save the Date! Thursday October 21, 12:30 p.m. until 2 p.m. for “Conference Proposals, Research and Writing for NACADA Virtual Workshop.” If you are interested in highlighting your advising/counseling best practices with NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advisors, please join the Mason Academic Advisor Network (MAAN) Professional Development Committee in partnership with the NOVA’s advising community to learn about conference proposals, research and writing.

Dr. Quentin Alexander, senior director of academic advising at George Mason University, and Dr. Cynthia Pascal, director of student services at NOVA Online, will be providing tips and sharing their experiences on these processes to help you in your professional journey.

This session can help you prepare for the upcoming NACADA Region 2 call for proposals which will be available November 1 thru December 15.
