NOVA’s Grants Office is offering a second workshop in collaboration with Hanover Research, our consulting partner, to provide practical and technical expertise for winning grants. This one-hour workshop, “Essentials of Competitive Proposal Writing,” will be held on Friday, Nov. 19, from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m.

This helpful session will provide an overview of

  • how grantmaking works
  • what types of entities award funding and for what types of projects
  • information on effective proposal development practices, and
  • guidance on developing common grant application requirements and components.

If you have ever wanted to know more about writing grants, this opportunity is a great introduction.

Register in advance for this meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
