Ad Hoc Appointment Advisory Committee Election Results Announced

The results are in! The following teaching faculty have received majority votes in the Ad Hoc Appointment Advisory Committee Special Election held November 4 through 16.

Congratulations to Gillian Backus (Loudoun), Russell Carter (Manassas), Elizabeth Harlan (Annandale), Heather Jeddy (Loudoun) and Hong Nguyen (Alexandria) who will represent full-time teaching faculty.

Melanie Medina (Annandale Librarian) and Monique Clark (Annandale Technology Librarian) will represent Professional Faculty.

The Appointment Advisory Committee provides information and advice for the President’s consideration on all faculty members eligible for three- and five-year appointments. Thanks to all who volunteered to serve and kudos for the excellent voter response!
