Thanksgiving Holiday Reminders

In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, DHRM has designated the following time off for state employees.

Wednesday, November 24, 4 hours of leave – half day (College Closes at Noon)*
Thursday, November 25, 8 hours of leave – all day (College Closed)
Friday, November 26, 8 hours of leave – all day (College Closed)

*Please work with your supervisor to make any necessary adjustments to your schedule to ensure compliance. If you choose to take approved leave for the day on Nov. 24, you only need to submit 4 hours of leave.

Please note that if employees request leave on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 it will not appear on their timesheets. The system does not allow for any additional leave entries when holiday time is populated. Your leave will still be processed.
