We Have Reached our Volunteer Goal for Dec. 14 Winter Commencement!

Thank You!! The Commencement Committee is so pleased to announce we have reached our goal for faculty marshals and staff and student volunteers for NOVA’s first ever Winter Commencement! We are excited to welcome our graduating Nighthawks on Tuesday, Dec. 14 for three commencement ceremonies to be held at 10 a.m., 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The ceremonies will be divided alphabetically by graduates’ last names. This exciting milestone will be held at the Schlesinger Center (Alexandria Campus), and our theme is “Go Boldly”! 

Please note that the fall grade submission deadline has been moved to Dec. 17 to make room in your schedule to volunteer to help with Commencement. Orientation and training will be provided. For more information, email us at novagradteam@nvcc.edu.

But, again, Thank You! Thank You! to the hundreds of faculty, staff and students who have given their time to ensure an amazing celebration of our graduating Nighthawks!
