Face Coverings Still Required Indoors–Free Face Coverings Are Available at NOVA

This summer, Virginia Community College System (VCCS) Chancellor Glenn DuBois directed all VCCS institutions–including NOVA–to re-implement mandatory face coverings for all individuals indoors on our campuses or at our sites, regardless of vaccination status. In response, NOVA revised its COVID-19 Face Covering Policy, which can be found Here.

If you, a coworker or one of your students forgets to bring a face covering to NOVA, don’t fret. Free face coverings are still available at each campus’ NOVA Parking & NOVACard Office for anyone who needs one; and they will continue to be available there for the foreseeable future.

As we come into the holiday season, please take every opportunity to stay safe and well!
