In fact, there are so many sleep apps that promise to help you fall (and stay) asleep that it can be hard to figure out which ones are worth a try. Whether you want to drift off to a meditation or a bedtime story, download one of these apps today to get the sleep you (so desperately) need. Sweet dreams!
