Leave Balances for 2022

All remaining VSDP sick and personal leave balances expired as of Jan. 9, 2022. Your new balances were effective Jan. 10, 2022 but will not show in your available leave balances until Jan. 21, 2022. Employees are able to start using new personal and sick leave as of Jan. 10, 2022. Information on the amount of leave provided can be found in DHRM Policy 4.57.

All excess leave balances will also show in leave balances by Jan. 21, 2022. Please note that in order to use excess leave, employees should submit the annual leave request in HRMS. The system will automatically deduct from the excess leave balance before using leave in the main annual leave bucket.
