Interested in Weekly Yoga and/or Meditation Sessions?

Well, you have options! We offer weekly yoga and meditation sessions. Feel free to sign up for any of the following offerings:

Tuesdays: Quiet the Mind, Open the Heart, 12:30 p.m. until 1 p.m. Susan Abramson, trained and certified yoga and meditation teacher and health and nutrition coach, will begin the meditation experience by explaining the science of meditation and/or sharing inspirational thoughts for reflection for the first ten minutes of each class, followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation. Register now.

Thursdays: Wellness Pick Me Up: 30-Minute Guided Meditation, 3:30 p.m. until 4 p.m. Need an emotional or spiritual boost? We’re happy to offer you a soothing mantra-based, guided meditation to instantly help expand your mind and let you see the big picture again. All our sessions are drop in, so join in any time. Register now.  

Thursdays: Yoga (Vinysa/Hatha), 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. This class is great for those who are looking for a slight challenge in their yoga practice. This will be a medium to fast paced yoga sequence. Giving the body a chance to warm up while still staying connected to the movement and breath. Feeling a boost of refreshed energy and calm after a nice powerful vinyasa flow! Register now.
