A Recap of the President’s Activities, Week of Feb. 21

Below are a few of the events and activities that President Kress participated in this week.

Feb. 22: NOVA, Quantum Industry Coalition Workforce Development Roundtable
On Tuesday, Feb. 22, President Kress; Dr. Chad Knights, vice president of IET and college computing; Steve Partridge, vice president of strategy, research and workforce innovation and Dr. Eun-Woo Chang, chief academic officer, participated in a roundtable discussion with the Quantum Industry Coalition to strategize about how community colleges can help create a pipeline of qualified talent for the region’s businesses. This is just another example of how NOVA works to ensure a mutual benefit between students/graduates and the regional workforce.

Feb. 23: NOVA Faculty/Staff Office Hours and ULTRA Birthday Celebration!
