Save the Date! Open Education Week, March 7 thru 11

Open Education Week is an annual event for sharing and learning about OER (open educational resources) and open education achievements. Open educational resources are “freely accessible, openly licensed instructional materials such as text, media and other digital assets that are useful for teaching, learning and assessing, as well as for research purposes.”

NOVA’s Office of Faculty Professional Development and CETL will be sponsoring daily events from March 7 through March 11 to promote and support OER and open pedagogy. Please be on the lookout for the full Open Education Week program schedule of events for NOVA coming next week.
