Tech Tip: Converting PowerPoint Files to PDF Files

Sometimes we get PowerPoint files from Publishers or we create files that are just too big. This can really take up a lot of space when uploading to our course and you may quickly run out of course file storage space. One solution is to convert your Powerpoint to a PDF file. Once PowerPoint is open, from the top menu, select File. Next, from the menu, select Export. Select Create PDF/XPS 5. Now select where to Save the File.
