Try this month’s WW recipe of the month. Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese – The rich, nutty flavor of freshly grated Parmesan cheese pairs beautifully with cauliflower. You can make this recipe in just 20 minutes and you only need 5 ingredients, most of which you probably have on hand already. Just be sure to toss the cheese with the cauliflower when it comes right out of the oven so the cheese has a chance to soften and melt a bit before serving. This is one of the simplest, best ways to prepare cauliflower, and it’s so hands-off, you’ll find yourself reaching for this recipe again and again. You can try the same method with broccoli, baby carrots, and asparagus, too. When you want variety, use shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese instead of Parmesan.
