NOVA’s First Internship Fair Since 2020, a Huge Success
NOVA’s All Industries Internship Fair on March 30 was a huge success! This event was the first in-person Employer and Career Services-sponsored event on the Annandale Campus in over two years. Close to 200 students took advantage of the opportunity to learn more about summer internships with twenty employers participated ranging in size and scope from large national companies to small businesses. The businesses promoted internships in areas such as civil engineering and construction, IT, marketing and communications, graphic design, accounting, cyber-security, healthcare and education.
Students enjoyed getting free professional headshots offered by NOVA staff photographer, Kevin Mattingly. The workforce team noted how great it was to see everyone dressed up and ‘ready to impress’ as this is a proud moment watching our students begin to embark on their future careers.
