Now Available: Electronic Access Door Install or Service Request Form
Auxiliary IT has rolled out a web-based form for electronic access door install or service requests. The Electronic Access Door Install or Service Request Form serves as a request for new installation of electronic door access or a request for service for an existing door(s) at one of the campuses/satellite locations of Northern Virginia Community College.
New Installation
Completing this form will allow us to obtain a quote for the door(s) specific to this request. There will be a quote for installation and the equipment, such as the reader(s), etc. It can take up to 5 business days to receive a quote. Once the quotes are received, they will be sent to you for your approval. If approved, you will need to supply your budget code for us to use in eVA, or you can enter the quote into eVA and make Kym Bridgers a watcher so that we know when it has been fully approved to schedule the installation. The Campus DCO will be notified once the request for the new installation is approved.
Service Request
All service requests will be handled within 24 hours of the initial request. If it is determined that a contractor is needed for the repair, you will be notified. If this is an emergency, please call 703-323-3061 between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm. After business hours, please notify Campus Police.
