NOVA Ballroom Prof. Places First in Wash. Open Dancesport Competition

NOVA Ballroom dance instructor Alan Golombek and his wife Thuy took all First Places in their division at the Washington Open Dancesport Competition held at the Hilton McLean/Tysons Corner on Saturday April 30. Assistant Professor Golombek also danced in a division held to raise money for a military charity, so even though retired from the U.S. Army, he put on his uniform and danced. (He was glad the uniform still fit.)
