Summer Session Cafeteria and Bookstore Hours

A message from your campus cafeterias and bookstores regarding summer closures and summer hours:

Surefire Café at Annandale – The last day of regular hours for the semester was May 5. They will re-open on May 16 for the summer session with the hours 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The summer menu will feature rotating options of grab-n-go salads, sandwiches, wraps, parfaits, and overnight oats. They will have coffee service and pastries for Breakfast. Snacks and beverages will also be available.

Pokemoto at Loudoun and Woodbridge – The last day of regular hours for the spring was May 5. We are working on a schedule and limited menu that will start May 16. They will re-open on May 16th for the summer session with the hours 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday. May 16-19 will be a limited menu – breakfast items, pizza, tenders, fries, Boba Tea. Starting May 23, the menu will expand to include a selection of Poke bowls.

Pokemoto at Alexandria and Manassas – The cafés will be closed for the summer until August. We are evaluating menus and operating hours for the Fall Semester. All locations will resume normal hours for the 2022 fall semester in August. Fall operating hours and menus will be posted at www.nvcc.edu/food when they are available.

Barnes & Noble hour adjustments – The campus bookstore hours will be adjusted during the Summer sessions.

Starting May 16, the bookstore hours will be:

• Monday through Thursday – 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – Closed
