Action Required: VPN Update and Network Synch for Licensing

ITSS updated the GlobalProtect VPN client on Sunday, May 22 at 7 p.m. All users should take action this week to connect to VPN to ensure the latest GlobalProtect Client – version 6.0.1 is installed on their devices. 

Once your VPN client is updated, ITSS is requesting that remote users reconnect and remain on VPN for at least four hours next week to ensure that software licensing and management servers can synchronize with all NOVA-issued devices. For more information on the user experience, please visit the IT Help Desk on NOVAnet.
