Admin, Professional Faculty 2021-2022 Evaluations Due June 30

Supervisors of Administrative and Professional Faculty: Please note that the annual performance evaluations for administrative and professional faculty for the 2021-2022 evaluation cycle are due Thursday, June 30. The annual performance evaluation must be completed on Form 105-198 and sent to employeerelations@nvcc.edu.

Prior to completing the evaluation, your employee must have the opportunity to complete and provide you with a self-assessment which may be used to assist you as you complete their evaluation. The self-assessment can be completed on Form 105-197. Additionally, this is the time to establish new annual objectives with your employees for the new evaluation cycle. Page 1 of Form 105-199 is to be used to document these new objectives. Once completed, Form 105-199 remains in your supervisory file. You will meet with your employee to review the assessment of progress toward achievement of these annual objectives in December (see page 2).

Please Note: Prior to issuing a summary rating of “Does Not Meet Expectations,” please contact the Employee Relations team for guidance regarding additional actions associated with this rating. This will ensure proper policy compliance.
