TimelyCare is Available During the Summer

TimelyCare, the free telehealth service for NOVA students, will continue to be available over the summer to students who have registered for the fall 2022 semester. This service provides access to 24/7 virtual mental healthcare from anywhere in the United States via the app or website for phone or video appointments.

Available services include:

TalkNow 24/7, on-demand video access to a mental health professional for in-the-moment support
Scheduled counseling with a licensed professional
Health coaching with healthier lifestyle support
Group sessions for weekly guided meditation, yoga and special topics

Please remind students that registration with VCCS student email is required. To learn more and sign up, students can access the VCCS TimelyCare homepage at www.timelycare.com/vccs, or from the Office of Wellness and Mental Health telehealth page. Dual enrolled students are not eligible to access this service and students under the age of 18 require parental permission to access telehealth services.
