BIO-141/NAS-2 Test Prep Workshop

Beginning this fall, students wishing to enroll in BIO-141—Human Anatomy & Physiology I must first show a mastery of several topics (chemistry, cells and inheritance). There are several ways to accomplish this:

1)  Complete a BIO-101 course with a grade of C or higher

2)  Complete a NAS-2 course with a passing grade

3)  Complete a placement exam with a grade of 75% or higher

In order to help prepare students to take the placement exam and/or identify topics that they may need to review further, we are offering a free BIO-141/NAS-2 workshop. The workshop will cover chemistry, cells and inheritance, and it will include Zoom sessions, worksheets and practice quizzes. 

The workshop is scheduled for June 21 through July 1. Zoom meetings will occur Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.
