Early Online College Fall Enrollment Closes July 15

June 16, 2022 / General NOVA News

Early Online College (EOC) enrollment for fall 2022 is open through July 15!  EOC offers tuition-free college courses to rising high school juniors and seniors attending Arlington Public Schools, Fairfax County Public Schools, Loudoun County Public Schools and Prince William County Public Schools. (Students are responsible for textbooks and other course material purchases.)

EOC course offerings are selected to complement Dual Enrollment courses offered at high schools and to facilitate progress toward completion of Passport and Uniform Certificate of General Studies. Criteria for enrollment parallel the requirements set for Dual Enrollment set forth by the VCCS. All EOC courses are offered through NOVA Online and begin in mid-September. These courses become part of each student’s NOVA transcript and are widely transferable. Offerings may differ by school district but include ART-100, BUS-100, CST-100, CST-110, ECO-201, HIS-101, ITE-152, MUS-121, PSY-200 and SDV-100.

Online courses begin September 19 and end on December 13. A completed application for Early Online College is due by 5 p.m. on July 15, 2022.
