Prospective and New Students Have Opportunity to “Discover NOVA”
The Office of Recruitment and Admissions and the deans of student success will host a series of Discover NOVA events over the next five weeks. The first event is today, Thursday, June 16 at the Alexandria Campus. Prospective and new students are invited to learn more about NOVA’s many programs and degree offerings and the steps to take to become a NOVA Nighthawk. Students and parents will have the opportunity to attend information sessions that include completing the NOVA application, understanding direct enrollment placement, financial aid and accommodations & accessibility. Information for parents (presented in English and Spanish) and information for adult learners will also be presented. The events will also include academic program information, student resources and campus tours.
The dates of each event are listed below. Students are encouraged to pre-register and faculty and staff are invited to stop by to welcome our these prospective and new Nighthawks.
