2022-2023 ADVANCE Pathways Now Available

The 2022-2023 ADVANCE pathways are now available on our ADVANCE website: www.nvcc.edu/advance. For the next academic year, there will be 87 pathways, including seven new pathways in Art & Visual Technology B.A., Health Informatics B.S., Recreation Management B.S., Sports Management B.S. and three new B.A.S. concentration pathways.

As a reminder, admission into ADVANCE is now a two-step process:

• Step 1 – Complete the ADVANCE Declaration Form:  Students have until August 1, 2022 to submit a Declaration for fall 2022. Please note:  When students complete the Declaration, they will no longer be asked to identify their ADVANCE pathway. Instead, they will have the opportunity for career exploration through our new ADVANCE Orientation Canvas page and to discuss pathway options with our Pre-Pathway Exploratory Coach.
• Step 2 – Select an ADVANCE Pathway: In early-June, newly admitted students were notified that the 2022-2023 ADVANCE pathways were released. Students must select their fall pathway by August 15, 2022.
