Temporary Telework Requests
Per DHRM Policy 1.61 – Teleworking, NOVA employees can request telework for temporary/emergency circumstances using Form 105-109c. The form is posted online in the Forms Library for Faculty/Staff. The temporary telework agreement has a maximum limit of two weeks and is non-renewable. All temporary telework agreements require an explanation from the supervisor explaining both what the emergency is and the employee’s responsibilities while teleworking. All temporary telework agreements are reviewed with final approval from Dr. Kress.
