Change Your Life: Apply for Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program, Deadline Is Sept. 15
It’s not too late to apply for the 2023-2024 Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program! This program is an opportunity to teach and/or carry out research abroad for a semester or year. Even if you have traveled extensively for leisure, teaching abroad is a life-changing experience! Professor Kush Jenkins recently returned from teaching accounting and entrepreneurship in Trinidad-Tobago. Read his story here.
“The Fulbright Award is one of the most rewarding experiences in my life,” Jenkins said. “It gave me the opportunity to expand my classroom experience into spaces I would not have dreamed. It gave me insights into the classroom and beyond the classroom walls. The experience gave me an appreciation for NOVA’s strengths and a perspective that helps me see our opportunities clearer. I urge every faculty to apply for a Fulbright Award. The only thing you will regret is the fact you did not do it sooner.”
