Welcome Back to NOVAnet, Employee Intranet and Communication Portal!

On Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, ITSS launched the new and improved version of NOVAnet, our employee intranet and communication portal. NOVAnet is modern, mobile-friendly and secured with Multi-factor Authentication (MFA).

Since the initial launch, multiple NOVA departments have migrated critical content to NOVAnet. For example, if you are looking for Human Resources forms and announcements, you can find them here. Missed one of President’s Zoom Office Hours? The Office of the President has an archive of recordings and a schedule of all Dr. Kress’ Zoom Office Hours. Instead of searching your Outlook Inbox for news and events, you can go directly to NOVAnet’s active News Feed, which has an archive of faculty and staff notices and the Daily Flyer.

Make sure to bookmark the NOVAnet homepage and regularly visit to keep updated!

Also, if your department or office does not have a presence on NOVAnet, you can request a NOVAnet Site by completing and submitting a NOVAnet Site Request Form. Review the NOVAnet Site Request Form Quick Start Guide for instructions.
