NOVA to Transition to Commonwealth Cardinal HCM, Oct. 3

A Note for Hiring Managers: As many of you know, NOVA will transition to the Commonwealth Cardinal HCM (Human Capital Management) system on October 3, 2022. Effective immediately (August 26, 2022), in order to ensure a seamless transition and in accordance with data processing guidance from Virginia Department of Accounts (DOA), the next available start date for new student/wage/adjunct hires is October 7, and the next available start date for new full-time employees, including internal transfers, is October 10.
