September is Self-Care Awareness Month
What is missing from or low in your wellness cup? Take a moment throughout the day to conduct a check-in with yourself. How are you… really?
Here is a short list to consider for an effective holistic check in:
- Physical: What physical health steps need your attention? As advised annually, have you seen your medical providers?
- Emotional: What joy increasing experience can you practice that will serve to nurture your emotional well-being?
- Spiritual: How clear are you on your purpose? How do your daily choices match your image of your worth and contribution to the greater good?
