Gratitude. Wow! We have over 200 faculty, staff and student walkers from across the college participating in NOVA WALK Week! The weather was nice, our campuses beautiful, the company pleasant and the conversations engaging. Special thanks to all the Campus Wellness Champions, our Provosts who lead the way, and YOU for sharing your precious time. Go NightHawks!

- Moving Outdoors! Look for your invitation to join your colleagues, family and friends in a series of almost free adventures [You will need to provide your own transportation.] Let’s explore a selection of the beautiful walking trails throughout Northern Virginia. More information will be coming soon. Registration is now Open.
- Participate in the Pink Ribbon Mile Walk (Run/ Walk for Breast Cancer at the Loudoun Campus) Wednesday, October 19, 2022, @ 11:00 a.m. Registration is now Open.
- 30 Miles in 30 Days. There is still time to participate! Send an email to cmcalonan@nvcc.edu to register and receive support and encouragement to increase your weekly step count.
- Registration is now open for the 2022 Mason Nation Thriving Together 5K, which will take place on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Consider joining our GMU colleagues for the in-person or virtual race/walk to support Mason students/ many former NOVA Nighthawks! Though there is a nominal registration fee, all proceeds benefit students. In-person participants who register by 10/3 will get a T-shirt!
