The Test of Essential Academic Skills or TEAS test is a standardized exam for students applying for nursing and allied health programs in the United States. NOVA will offer a virtual TEAS test prep workshop for prospective nursing and allied health students. Don’t go it alone. Take advantage of this FREE event for NOVA’s students!   1. Reading and English section (1 hour and 15 minutes): Practice English questions and go over the answers
  2. 10-minute Break
  3. Presentation – NOVA resources (15 minutes)
    • Available resources at NOVA libraries
    • How to access NOVA online sources to get TEAS review books
    • How to use the request form for TEAS review textbook from other campuses
  1. Math section (1 hour): Practice math questions and go over the answers
  2. 10-minute Break
  3. Presentation – How to prepare for TEAS (10 minutes)
