Tell Me What You See As NOVA’s Values
NOVA’s values tell us who we are and what we believe. Before we begin our next strategic planning process, I want your input on our values: the core principles that center all we do.
Your feedback will inform any revisions to NOVA’s values. This ThoughtExchange offers all of NOVA a chance to share perspectives and understand what’s most important to our colleagues.
I invite you to share your thoughts on the question below and then rate at least 20-30 of the thoughts that others have shared. The ThoughtExchange will close at 5 p.m. on Monday, October 24.
Your participation is confidential, so no one will know who shared or rated which thoughts. Please remember that the ThoughtExchange is a public forum, and I thank you in advance for demonstrating our community’s commitment to inclusive excellence and respect for diversity of thought. Should any comments reflect conduct and/or behaviors prohibited under DHRM Policy 2.35 Civility in the Workplace, they will be removed.
