HR Webinar on Value-Based Conflict in the Workplace, Oct. 27

Human Resources will be offering two webinars in the upcoming weeks, facilitated by DHRM- the Office of Employment Dispute Resolution. Please click on the title of workshop below to register for the webinar you would like to join.

Value-Based Conflict in the Workplace – Thursday, Oct. 27 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Participants will gain a better understanding about potential sources of workplace conflict for them. Participants will also learn how conflict works in theory, explore methods of working through conflicting workplace values, and learn how to effectively communicate with others about their workplace concerns.

Productivity & Time Management – Escaping The Busyness Trap – Nov. 10 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.
Workshop and coaching to identify priorities and introduce time management and workflow changes to increase productivity.
