Get ready for the CommonHealth Turkey Trot Challenge!
Heard you NOVA walkers have been making us proud in the Month of October. For November, here is another way to “Keep Moving Your Way.”
Consider joining your state colleagues for a fun four-week movement challenge. Use the calendar below to track your movement for the next 4 weeks (Monday, October 31 – Saturday, November 26). The recommendation for the Turkey Trot is to move for 30 minutes five out of 7 days for the next 4 weeks.

Celebrating Creativity with Fall Decorating
Thank you for participating in the October fall decorating showcase! If you haven’t already done so, DHRM’s Office of Workforce Engagement and the Engage Anywhere Team invites NOVA to submit a picture sharing the fun ways you decorated your workspace this season–whether you work from home or at an office. Submissions are due by Nov. 2 at 5 p.m. and may be shared on CommonHealth’s social media pages, as well as in the EmployeeExperience magazine.
