Wage and Student Employees: Deadline Change for Timesheet Submission and Approval

Due to the state system change to Cardinal, all wage and student timesheets should be completed by the employee and approved by the supervisor every Friday at a minimum so the hours can be interfaced to the state system weekly. As a reminder, timesheets should continue to be submitted in HCM and not Cardinal. The SSC will start sending weekly email reminders, rather than biweekly, when time has not been approved. If you have any questions, please contact HR Data Operations at dataops@nvcc.edu. We appreciate your patience as we make the necessary adjustments to our processes for Cardinal.
