eVA Receiving: What Has Changed?

November 18, 2022 / General NOVA News

Thanks to those who participated in our eVA Assistance hours last week! It was a great opportunity to work with end users to help address issues and learn about your concerns.

There has been some confusion around the receiving process in eVA Next. Last week, the Shared Services Center provided instructions to all end users on how to perform receiving functions, however, NOVA has not adjusted its process for eVA receiving. Requests for eVA receiving must still be submitted through the 105-189 eVA Receiving Request form. As requests are submitted, this form will be routed to the appropriate staff who received specific training to perform this function. End users should not be processing their own receiving in eVA.

Our team is working through the existing requests that have been submitted during the eVA blackout period. If you have any questions, please contact Procurement@nvcc.edu.

Thank you for all your patience during the transition to eVA Next!
