Join CommonHealth’s 2022 Maintain, Don’t Gain Holiday Challenge – a challenge to help you stay on track to maintain your weight while enjoying this most wonderful time of year.  The challenge will run through 1/2/23 and provide strategies and resources to help maintain your weight throughout the holiday season.  To keep things simple, and hassle-free, there is no registration is necessary!

Portion control is the key! A balanced meal begins with fruits and vegetables on your plate.  Be prepared to eat healthy on the go TIME is especially tight during this time, so know some healthy options along your travels. Avoid stress-related eating. Identify your stress triggers and surround yourself with healthy alternatives (that are not food-related) to better manage your stress. Eat mindfully this holiday season. Many of us eat too much, too fast or too often. Slow down your pace and focus on your senses to truly enjoy each bit. Move every day. Regular activity maintains good health and burns calories. Take every opportunity to get out and move this holiday season! Don't forget to weigh yourself and write it down. Let's get started. -- CommonHealth
