Change to Multi-Factor Authentication to Access MyNOVA

Beginning Tuesday, January 3, 2023, the use of an e-mail account to receive a passcode to satisfy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for access to MyNOVA will no longer be available. Users will be required to enroll in the Time-Based One Time Password (TOTP) or another MFA option. This will require either the use of the RapidIdentity app (to receive push notifications) or text messaging. The use of e-mail to receive an authentication code to access MyNOVA will no longer be an option.
