Now Available: TimelyCare for NOVA Employees!  NOVA has partnered with TimelyMD to deliver TimelyCare for all NOVA employees.  This health and well-being platform provides FREE 24/7 access to virtual care! Take advantage of the TimelyCare services from your smartphone or any web-enabled device (laptop or desktop). TimelyCare is available from anywhere in the United States.  TimelyCare information for employees can be found on NOVAnet while TimelyCare for students can be found on NOVA’s website.

Please note that, for easy access, TimelyCare has been added as a tile on the college’s myNOVA portal. Just go to timelycare.com/vccs and log in with your XXX@email.vccs.edu email address.

To access this service, call 8733-4-timely any time, day or night. Self Service Self-Care: Visit the "Explore" page for well-being content designed to enhance a sense of calm, rest and self-esteem, both live and on-demand. Basic Needs Support: Access to free or reduced-cost community resources. Scheduled Counseling: Choose your preferred day, time and TimelyCare mental health provider. You have access to three sessions.
