Commonwealth of Va. Learning Center (COVLC) Upgraded. Check It Out!
The Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center (COVLC) was upgraded last month. All full-time employees continue to have access to the online catalog of courses covering a wide variety of topics, including the Fundamentals of EEO Law module required within the last 12 months for all hiring committee members. The URL has not changed, it is still https://covlc.virginia.gov.
The email address on-file for employees in the COVLC was changed to the VCCS email address (accessed commonly through MyNOVA and Gmail). This will impact where notifications and login/password requests are sent. It can be changed after logging in by clicking your initials at the top-right and Account. Then click the Profile tab and Edit User Information button. You will be required to change your password when you login to the new version of COVLC. The minimum password length is now 14 characters and should include all the following:
- Special character (such as @, !, #, or %)
- Uppercase and lowercase character
- Numeric character (0-9)
