Graduation Prep. Sessions Thru February–Grads Must Register by March 1!

Please remind your Nighthawks who are in the final classes to complete their NOVA degree or certificate that they must apply for graduation by March 1. However, graduation preparation includes more than just applying to graduate!

Counselors will facilitate five Graduation Prep Sessions to assist students in understanding the several aspects of completing their NOVA credential and moving on to their next career or academic experience. Representatives from Financial Aid, Career, Transfer and the Central Records Office will review key “to do” items and offer additional resources that can help them through this exciting transition. 

Sessions are available, both online and in person, throughout February. Students should log in to MyNOVA and must register for a session here. 

Following the registration, they will receive directions to attend, which will be to their NOVA email address.

Thursday, Feb. 2, 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. – Annandale Campus
Wednesday, Feb. 8, 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. – VIRTUAL
Wednesday, Feb. 15, 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. – VIRTUAL
Thursday, Feb. 16, 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. – Alexandria Campus
Tuesday, Feb. 21, 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. – VIRTUAL
