2022 W-2 Availability notice

The Commonwealth has posted this notice on the Cardinal website: “W-2s for state employees who receive paychecks from Cardinal will be posted online by Jan. 31. To access your W-2, log into the Cardinal home page. Here’s how:

• Go to MyNOVA
• Click on Human Capital Management (HMC) as the application
• Click on the Payroll tile to open the page with your W-2/W-2c information
• Click on W-2/W-2c
• Click on View W-2/W-2c Forms
• Select the form you want to view as a PDF. The form can be printed or saved as a file.

 Paper W-2/W-2c Forms will be mailed on or about Jan. 31, 2023. Contact the Controller’s Office with questions.
