2022 W-2 Availability Notice

The Commonwealth has posted a new notice on the Cardinal website: “W-2s for state employees who receive paychecks from Cardinal are now available. Need help? Review this job aid or video for instructions on how to view and print your W-2.”

Here’s how you can access Cardinal and your W-2:

• Log into MyNOVA and select the Cardinal tile
• Log into Cardinal using your myvccess email account.  Once logged in
• Click on the Payroll tile to open the page with your W-2/W-2c information
• Click on W-2/W-2c
• Click on View W-2/W-2c Forms
• Select the form you want to view as a PDF. The form can be printed or saved as a file.

Paper W-2/W-2c Forms will be mailed on or about Jan. 31, 2023. Contact the Controller’s Office with questions.
