CDEIO Office Hour Summary and Recording Available

This month, there has been growing national discussion about the status of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and programs in colleges and universities. In response, the U.S. Department of Education recently released a helpful fact sheet to assist students, educators, families and secondary and post-secondary institutions about Title VI, which prohibits discrimination based on race, color or national origin. Please review the fact sheet for more information.

In addition, NOVA’s Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO), Nathan Carter, held a Spring semester Office Hours on February 8, 2023 and offered news and updates on a variety of topics based on submitted questions.
