NOVA Online Teaching Webinar with Dr. Dali Tan, Feb. 17

As part of our on-going support for faculty who are teaching hybrid and online courses, NOVA Online has been offering a series of college-wide webinars shared by amazing faculty colleagues to promote best practices each semester. These webinars are intended to build a community of learning and collaboration, foster a growth mindset and refine teaching practices as reflective educators.

This webinar will be held on Friday, February 17 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. Dr. Dali Tan from NOVA’s Alexandria Campus will present Effective Instructional Activities to Create a Strong Learning Community and Motivation in Online and Remote Courses. Building a learning community is especially important for instructors in online and remote courses where interaction is entirely online.
