Traveling Overnight for State Business? Learn More About Travel Cards!
Do you travel overnight on official state business at least five times a year? If so, the Commonwealth of Virginia requires you to be issued an Employee Paid Individual Liability Travel Card (ILTC). The ILTC provides a convenient means for the traveler to charge travel-related expenses including meals, car rentals and motel/hotel reservations, etc. The card also provides an easy way to maintain separate records for business travel and personal expenses. Reimbursement is easy! Once an expense report is approved through ChromeRiver, the employee is reimbursed for the expenses.
If you qualify to receive an ILTC or would like learn more, contact PCardAdmin@nvcc.edu.
