Reserve a Pender 3 Conference Room!
You may now reserve a Pender 3 conference room by following the steps detailed on NOVAnet. You will receive a confirmation email once the room has been reserved. An alternative room may be assigned based on availability.
RULES OF ETIQUETTE
- Reservation requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Please clean up after your meeting/event and return chairs/tables to the set-up that was in the room when you arrived.
- Log off the computer and turn both the computer and monitor(s) off prior to leaving conference room.
- Turn off the lights prior to leaving the conference room.
- If you had food, please remove all food and beverages from the conference room.
