CommonHealth Wellnote: New Recipe and a Reminder of WW Discount for Benefit Eligible Employees
Enjoy another fresh, light recipe from WW! A hoisin glaze elevates this Asian-inspired pairing of tuna and asparagus in a perfectly portioned meal for one that’s ready in just 20 minutes. Ahi tuna is best served medium-rare, so keep a close eye on it because cook times can vary based on thickness. Hoisin is a thick, sweet Chinese sauce that creates a deliciously beautiful glaze on the tuna. It can be found alongside the soy sauce on the international aisle. Opt for unseasoned rice wine vinegar for this meal to keep sodium in check; seasoned varieties have added salt. Use a mix of white and black sesame seeds to make this entrée a little bit more special visually.
