NOVA Employees: Free Professional Coaching Available! Apply by April 3

Do you want to make a positive change in your life? Are you looking for a new approach to help reach your goals? Are you feeling lost and/or unsure about the direction you want to go? Do you need assistance in planning and/or setting goals? 

We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome, and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life and set you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

NOVA is partnering with ICF to expose more higher education professionals (in our case, a group of faculty/staff and administrators across the college) to the transformative potential of coaching. Participants (coachees) will receive FREE coaching sessions from ICF Credentialed Coaches (up to 10 sessions over 3 months).
